1. All orders must be paid in full by 8:00p.m the day before delivery. 2. DC Furniture guarantees delivery and set up so long as building or home premises at which delivery is to take place allow the delivery personnel to conduct such work in a safe and viable manner. If premises are not aptly suited for this condition to be met then the delivery personnel may complete a doorstep delivery in order to insure the safety of its employees and the merchandise to be delivered. Furthermore, if delivery personnel must overcome any structural obstacles which do not provide a safe and viable means (for both the delivery personnel and merchandise) then an additional charge may be assessed to the customer and in such case, DC Furniture Stores will not guarantee the safety of and observance of this policy. Please observe that delivery times may vary due to operational restraints such as traffic delays, delivery vehicle breakdown, and unexpected technical issues which may arise during a particular delivery. Please allow a 3 hour window to accommodate delivery. A $35.00 fee will apply to deliveries requiring the use of stairs.

3. All sales are final after delivery of merchandise is completed. In the event there is a factory defect customer may exchange merchandise for same exact item only. Absolutely NO refunds or exchanges on Showroom Items for they are sold AS-IS. 4. All Layaway Purchases are subject to availability. Layaways will not be guaranteed for immediate delivery. Layaways are held for up to 90 days. A down payment of 20% of the total invoice for items in stock and 50% for all special order items is required. All Layaways are considered FINAL sale. NO partial cancellations are permitted. 5. DC Furniture Stores and DCFstores.com will NOT be responsible for broken furniture pieces which are marked for pick-up or drop-off. Therefore we encourage customers to request delivery and assembly in order to guarantee the structural integrity of the furniture. In the event that such merchandise is accepted as a return a 20% restocking fee may apply. Defective or broken merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Additionally, customers will be responsible for transporting defective or broken merchandise back to our store. DC Furniture Stores will not be held financially or otherwise responsible for the transportation or packaging of defective or broken merchandise which was marked for pick-up or drop-off. 6. Absolutely NO returns on refurbished mattresses, OR new mattresses, futons, or pillows which have been kept and used to sleep overnight. DC Furniture will not be responsible for mattresses which are damaged due to excess weight or any that show wear and tear, wetting, burns, or foreign stains. 7. There will not be any refunds or exchanges after any period of time on COD orders which have been accepted upon delivery. 8. Items on back order are subject to shipping and logistical delays. Redeliveries outside of Dade and Broward Counties will only be completed on dates when delivery routes include the particular zip code or city of the customer expecting a redelivery of a back ordered item. If redelivery must be performed during a specific time frame specified by the customer then customer is responsible for redelivery costs. 9.
